When time passes and the seasons change, do you?

In November of 2023, I worked with animator Daniel Cuervo under his inaugural LOOPMENTORSHIP program to produce a 10-15 second animated loop, covering the entire production pipeline in under 2 months— treatment, boards, design, animation, compositing, sound design and mixing.

My goal with this short was to capture the warmth and carefree spirit of childhood viewed through the lens of nostalgia, while contrasting that with the sometimes heavy realities of growing older. This is a short about change— how your surroundings have changed, how you have changed, and longing for simpler times when life becomes more complicated.
